For Those in the Back Row
(a Vision of Hell...)
As your blood thickens to a trickle,
it's bye-bye blue skies.
When you start to smell sulfur
you may open your eyes.
Remembering that day when
your finger was burned,
in recoil and terror
a lesson was learned.
Or was it, or was it?
The devil has won.
Another sinner rejected
God's only son.
Where twenty four hours
is a thing of the past.
Eternity begins with
a hot, searing blast.
Your skin will melt off,
you can no longer blink.
You cannot die, and
there's nothing but stink.
To be prodded and poked
by demons galore
is just some of the fun
that you'll have in store.
They'll rip out your eyes
because you no longer need 'em.
They'll be happy to see you,
how'd you think that they feed 'em?
They'll regurgitate you
and they will do it again,
leaving little for the worms
who've found a new friend.
How much more
do you have to hear?
I cannot make it
any more clear.
There's a choice to be made,
I ain't trying to be mean.
Open up your bibles
to John 3:16!
You in the back row...
open your eyes
while there's still time
and abundant blue skies.
Don't let another
second slip by,
'cause you don't know
when you're gonna die.
There's one guarantee
and it's so dire.
Share the good news
or enjoy the fire.
